These drawing workshops aim to explore ways in which drawing and the mental and physical activity inherent in drawing can act as a catalyst for creative thinking.
Using experimental mark making techniques which encourage a response to senses other than the purely visual, these drawings can become a means by which thought processes as well as visual ideas can take on material form.
This 'playful' approach looks beyond the purely representational towards an experience which allows drawing to act as a place where freedom to experiment and take risks can encourage personal enrichment and independant learning.
